Session FAQs:

 How do I book and pay for a Session?

Follow the Book a Session link, which will take you to my calendar where you may select a day and time for your appointment and pay through Paypal. If you prefer to give your credit card number over the phone, please call 336-638-1473, and someone from my office will call you back.

What is your cancellation policy?

 I require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation in order to process a full refund. Within the 24 hours before your appointment, I can reschedule but cannot offer a refund. Please contact me at tami@tamihendrix.com if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Who calls whom at the time of the appointment?

I will call you at the time of the appointment.

How should I prepare for my session?

Take some time to write down what questions you have and what you want to focus on during the call. Ideally, spend a few moments before the call getting yourself situated and grounded in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
